China Visa Canada Service

"Business Visa" - F Visa - is issued to applicants who are invited to China for business, research, lecture, scientific-technological and culture exchanges, short-term advanced studies or intern practice for a period of no more than six months.

Document Checklist: Send the following items to us in your application.

Your ORIGINAL Passport: It must have 6 months validity for single entry, 12 months for double or six-month multiple entry, and 24 months for twelve-month multiple entry and at least two blank visa pages remaining
The ORIGINAL of your Canadian PR Card or Valid Visa for Canada if you are not holding a Canadian passport
Visa Application Form: Download, Complete Online, print and sign it, one form per applicant. ***In Section 4, please fill out all fields. You need to provide the name, address, and phone number of the inviting party in China. Incomplete application forms may result in visa refusal and/or delay.

Visa Confirmation Letter from an authorized organization in China. Click here for a sample Visa Confirmation.
